Welcome to
Yoga with Katie
Inclusive yoga for EVERYbody
A place to gather with community, virtually or in person.
Breathe in and let it go. Welcome to an inclusive community where you are encouraged to rest and connect with your Self through yoga and community gatherings. We celebrate diversity and inclusion by providing a safe place for individuals across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum (and allies!) to explore their yoga practice freely and authentically. Whether you have an established practice or you’re new to a yoga mat, there is space for you to connect with your mind, body, and spirit in a supportive and affirming environment.
I’m so glad you’re here.
10% of proceeds of all classes go towards community mutual aid.
You belong here.

Community Circles
Join us for a community circle where LGBTQIA+ folks and allies can gather, be truly seen, and connect deeper with yourself and others. We meet on Second Thursdays at Cassia Collective and Third Tuesdays at Unity Spiritual Center. Come as you are.
As a non-binary queer yoga instructor, I’m dedicated to creating a welcoming and safe space for those who often feel ostracized. It’s such an honor to specialize in teaching Baby & Me Yoga and prenatal yoga to the Trans and Queer community, I invite you to join me on a journey of empowerment and connection, regardless of how you identify. Let’s move together with love, respect, and acceptance.

There are tools all around us! If you are practicing from home, a pillow or blanket can replace a bolster. A big water bottle or hard backed book can replace a block. Katie will offer variations to poses as needed and students are encouraged to connect to their intuition to find what feels best.

This is a personal choice between you and your health care providers. Although Katie can offer pose modifications for common discomforts, you are responsible for keeping yourself safe and skipping poses that cause more pain or do not feel right for your body.
